You know you are dealing with space issues if employees meet outside the office because they do not have any common space in which to hold meetings. Issues are also obvious if employees use an area on another floor because the space surrounding their desk is distracting or noisy. Space planning and lighting is an issue too if employees are bringing in their own lighting.
